Vortex™ Vacuum QRC Blanking Caps are designed to protect unused vacuum connectors from unwanted pressurisation, heat exposure or tampering. Manufactured with a solid body removing any threaded joints to eliminate any potential leak paths.

VortexTM Vacuum QRC Blanking Caps are manufactured from high grade stainless steel, providing uniform expansion and contraction throughout the heat up and cool down cycle, removing the need for any secondary surface treatment process and providing a long working life.

VortexTM Vacuum QRC Blanking Caps are rated, as standard, up to 250°C or 482°F.

All VortexTM QRC Couplings are fully serviceable and easy to maintain. A full range of VortexTM seal kits and spare parts are available from stock.
