Vortex™ Vacuum QRC Couplings with 90º integral hose tails are designed for demanding, high production environments. Designed specifically for high temperature vacuum applications to provide the highest level of vacuum integrity, performance, reliability and flexibility for autoclave and oven production processes.

The patented design removes any external threads, eliminating potential leak paths. The 90º integral hose tail is internally screwed to secure the hose support spring preventing any possibility of hose collapse under vacuum/pressure.

Vortex™ Vacuum QRC Coupling are manufactured from high grade stainless steel, providing uniform expansion and contraction through the heat up and cool down cycle, removing the need for any secondary surface treatment process and providing a long working life.

Vortex™ QRC Couplings are rated, as standard, up to 250°C or 482°F.

All Vortex™ Couplings are fully serviceable and easy to maintain.
